Why are Highkey products more expensive than mainstream options?
You could say we have ✨ expensive taste ✨. We love delicious snacks as much as the next person but we’re not about to compromise on our mission. We’re committed to removing sugar from our favorite snacks and using the best ingredients and sugar substitutes out there--not the cheapest! Not only are our snacks low sugar and low carb, but we also use only natural colors and flavors. That costs us a little extra, but the end result is something we feel extra good about sharing with the people we love and we hope you’ll love them too. 💞

How should I store my HighKey snacks?
You can store your HighKey snacks anywhere that’s cool and dry--whether it’s in your pantry, your purse, a cookie jar, or your desk. You don’t have to worry about refrigerating or freezing them to keep them fresh. Pro tip: pick somewhere sneaky to hide our snacks, unless you want to share. 😜

Our products are available for subscription through Amazon's Subscribe & Save program! Just be sure to select the Subscribe & Save option when adding the product to your Amazon cart!

Does HighKey offer a Rewards or Loyalty Program?
At this time, we do not offer a rewards or loyalty program as all of our sales are processed through Amazon and our Amazon store is unable to support a rewards program.
Our former rewards program, Brownie Points, was discontinued on July 22, 2022. Any points earned through the previous program expired on 7/22/22 and do not hold any monetary value.

Are HighKey Snacks kosher?
At HighKey, we strive to make our snacks suitable for as many dietary restrictions as possible. However, we currently do not offer kosher certified products at this time.
I’m allergic to tree nuts. Are any of your products made without nuts?
Many of our recipes do include ingredients like Almond flour, Coconut flour, and Coconut oil. Our products are also produced in facilities that also process tree nuts. At HighKey, we know everyone’s allergies are different and we recommend you carefully review all of the ingredients listed in products to be safe. 💙
Are HighKey products gluten-free?
Yes! All of our products are gluten-free!
What sweeteners do HighKey snacks use?
Our products use a proprietary blend of Monk Fruit, Stevia Extract, and Erythritol. In select products, such as our Brownie Crisps and Caramel Clusters, we also use Allulose.
What are net carbs and how are they calculated?
The term “net carbs” simply means carbs that will be absorbed by the body. Since fiber and certain sugar alcohols, like the erythritol we use, are not digestible by the body, we subtract dietary fiber, erythritol, allulose, and glycerin from the total carb count.
For example, our Chocolate Chip Mini Cookies have 12 grams of total carbs, 2g of dietary fiber and 9g of erythritol. 12 - 2 - 9 = 1 gram of net carbs.
